About Bachué

A studio built for founders who are figuring it out as they go

We created Bachué because too many good businesses were being shaped by advice that did not fit them. Our practice is founded on the belief that clear thinking, honest reflection, and a little support at the right moment can make a meaningful difference.

Our story

Where Bachué began

Bachué was founded in Medellín in 2019 by a small group of consultants who had spent years inside large firms and noticed a gap — women-led businesses were consistently underserved by advisory that assumed resources, bandwidth, and growth ambitions that simply were not there.

The practice takes its name from the Muisca goddess Bachué, a figure associated with life, abundance, and the care that sustains both. We chose it deliberately: our work is about nurturing what already exists rather than imposing a shape from outside.

Today we work with founders across industries in Antioquia and beyond — in commerce, education, food, design, and services. The one thing our clients share is a commitment to building something real, with integrity, on their own terms.

Our mission

What we are here to do

Our mission is straightforward: to give founders a clear-headed, unhurried place to think about their businesses and receive support that respects their actual lives. We do not sell certainty. We offer perspective, a structured process, and honest feedback.

We believe that the best advisory relationships are built on trust and consistency — which is why we keep our client list small and our engagements meaningful.

Who you will work with

How we work

Standards we hold ourselves to

Full client confidentiality

Nothing discussed in a session leaves the room. We do not use client cases as references or share information across engagements, ever.

Written deliverables on every engagement

Each session or project produces a clear written output — summaries, roadmaps, or action notes — so your thinking and decisions are captured in a form you can return to.

No generic frameworks

We do not apply the same model to every client. Each engagement is shaped by your context, your constraints, and what you are actually trying to do.

Ongoing professional development

Our advisors maintain active relationships with academic and professional bodies in Colombia to keep our knowledge current and grounded in real conditions.

Direct, honest feedback

We tell you what we observe. If we see a risk, we name it. If a plan looks thin, we say so — gently, but clearly. That is how trust is built over time.

Data privacy & security

Any documents or data you share with us are stored securely and deleted at the end of your engagement unless you request otherwise. We comply with Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581).

Our values

What sits underneath everything we do

Bachué was built around a few ideas that we return to regardless of the client or the challenge. The first is that good advisory does not simplify — it clarifies. There is a difference. Simplification cuts things away. Clarity helps you see what is already there more steadily.

The second is that the founder's wellbeing and the business's health are connected. An approach that works on paper but exhausts the person running it is not, in our view, a good approach. We factor in energy, capacity, and personal circumstance as real variables.

Third, we believe in slow trust. Our best client relationships have developed over multiple engagements, not a single session. We are not trying to make ourselves indispensable — we are trying to leave you with better thinking tools than you had before we met.

Would you like to introduce yourself?

We keep time for initial conversations with founders who are curious about whether Bachué might be a good fit. No commitment, just a conversation.
