We work primarily with women-led businesses in Colombia — from early-stage founders looking for direction to more established companies preparing for a new chapter. Our sessions are shaped around your specific context, not a general audience.
Sessions are held via video call or in person at our Medellín studio, depending on your preference. We begin with an open conversation, then work through priorities together. After each engagement, you receive a written note capturing what was discussed and agreed.
The Vision Session is a single focused meeting — ideal if you want clarity on one particular question or period in your business. The Growth Companion is an ongoing relationship over three months, suited to founders who want consistent support while they build.
No formal preparation is required. You may find it helpful to jot down what is most on your mind, but we will guide the conversation from there. Some clients share a few numbers or documents in advance — that is always welcome but never obligatory.
Everything discussed in sessions is treated with full discretion. We do not share client information with third parties and keep no records beyond the agreed written summaries, which belong to you.
Prices are listed in Colombian pesos (COP). Each service includes the sessions, follow-up calls, and written deliverables described on our Solutions page. There are no hidden fees. Payment can be arranged via bank transfer or digital wallet.
